3 PM: You and your guests staying at The Wayback Cottages start checking in to get settled and dressed for your rehearsal dinner. Eight cottages allow you and your partner to stay onsite, and the other seven cottages can host your closest friends and family.

6:30 PM You and your partner walk through your wedding rehearsal with your wedding party & then join the rest of your close friends and family for a dinner provided by The Wayback Cafe with a prefixed menu so guests can get a first taste at the food that they will be enjoying all weekend long.
8:30 PM After dinner, you and your rehearsal dinner guests enjoy s'mores and drinks by the fire before saying goodnight and parting ways to enjoy a restful night in each cottage.
Saturday: Wedding Day
8 AM Start your morning slow. Guests have the option to venture out to downtown Austin for breakfast or stay onsite and enjoy what The Wayback Cafe offers.
11AM: The guests staying at The Wayback enjoy quality time at the pool and snacks provided by The Wayback Cafe while you and your wedding party start getting ready for the wedding.
2PM Your wedding vendors start to show up to set up your rentals, flowers, and decor. Our favorite rental companies with a great selection are Premiere Events and Monarch Event Rentals.
4:45PM, Your guests staying at The Wayback walk to the ceremony space on the lawn while your other guests arrive by car or ride share.
5PM The wedding begins with your ceremony overlooking the Texas Hill Country.
5:30PM After you say "I do," cocktail hour starts; while your guests grab a refreshment inside The Wayback Cafe, you and your partner take couples portraits before dinner.
6:30PM Guests will venture to the lawn, where you will all enjoy dinner provided by The Wayback Cafe. After dinner, your guests can enjoy lawn games and dancing before you cut the cake.
10PM As the party starts to wind down, your guests staying at The Wayback will walk back to their cottages for the evening as your additional guests drive or take ride shares to where they are staying nearby.
Sunday: Farewell Brunch

10AM Your guests staying at The Wayback enjoy the final farewell brunch provided by The Wayback Cafe for you all to reflect on the wedding and how they will remember this not only as the day you said "I do" but also as a getaway vacation that they will remember forever.
